Bingo Terms and Conditions
Please find our terms and conditions below for our games which are held on our facebook page periodically. Please remember that this is all about having fun within our crystal community and any mean spiritedness toward others (or us for that matter) will not be tolerated and may disqualify you from participating. None of our games are affiliated with facebook in any way.
Crystal Bingo -
You will receive one bingo card in your bag or package when you spend a minimum of 50 if bingo has been scheduled for the following week. This card will be valid for the following week's crystal bingo only. New cards are generated and printed for every game. You will be allocated a card id number for each game so we can identify the winning card. Only one card is given per customer.
Random words will be drawn during our crystal buy videos and also during our live show if we don't have a winner before it. It's really important to watch our posts each day so you don't miss a word 🙈😯
Words will only be called once by way of flashing them on the screen. Please don't ask if we've already shown a word as it's unfair to those who take the time to gather them all.
First person to get a full line horizontally, vertically or diagonally and to comment bingo is the winner (see example below). There is a possibility that more than one card will have a bingo, so whoever calls bingo first on our screen in the comments is the winner. We will take a screenshot of the comments if more than one winner to avoid any issues.
If on the rare occasion there is no winner, the prize for that week may be rolled over to the following game.
There are three different prizes and these will be awarded to the winner according to their spend from the previous week when cards were distributed. The three categories are minimum spends of 50, 175 and 300 and over. Therefore if you spent a minimum of 50 you will receive prize number 1. If you spent a minimum of 175 you will receive prizes number 1 and number 2. If your minimum spend was 300, you will receive all 3 prizes.
