We go live every Saturday evening at 6.00pm (WST). We also now offer private showings, you can find the details for that here if interested. You can find our live sales here on our facebook page.

These are our terms and conditions of purchase:

🌈🌟 LIVE CRYSTAL SHOW WITH AMY & COL FROM ALBANY CRYSTALS!!!

✔ Cash on delivery (locals), AFTERPAY, PayPal, bank transfer and credit card payments all welcome. By purchasing from this live show you agree to pay within 48 hours.

✔ Please message our page if you are a first time purchaser, as we cannot message you from our page! Please let us know if you are local to Albany or if you need your items posted out.

✔ First person to claim an item being shown, has first claim on that item. If a person asks to see an item on the table, they also have the initial claim on that item 😊 .. then next in line if that person passes. To claim an item, please say claim or mine with the price of the item eg. a $28 item would be 'Mine 28'

✔ Once you claim an item, it cannot be swapped, so please be 100% certain before you make a claim. Please understand there can be a lag on live videos and your comments may look a different order to ours. We go by what we see on our screen. Sometimes comments can be blocked or filtered out and we don't see them. This is unfortunately beyond our control.

✔ IMPORTANT::: Please keep a tally of what you are spending as you go, so you don't over spend. We want you to have a happy experience 🤗💛

✔ For our local customers:: We personally deliver locally all of our crystals in person to your door or workplace for free for any purchase $50 and over .. If you are located outside the immediate Albany area we can meet you at a location in Bayonet Head to collect or we are happy to post to you at your expense. We have customers Australia wide.

With the rising cost of fuel, please be aware we only hold baskets open for two weeks (that is 2 consecutive live shows) if your basket falls under 50, this gives you the opportunity to add to your basket in the 2nd week to qualify for free delivery or you can opt to pay a $5 delivery fee if you don't wish to collect from Bayonet Head. We are also happy to post to you at your expense. See below for detailed delivery info.

✔ For our postal customers:: We only ship within Australia. Flat rate shipping within Australia for $9.95. If you'd like express post ($12.95), insurance (cover costs $0 for the first $100 of cover and $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover) or signature ($2.95) please let me know! We can hold baskets for up to two consecutive weeks for our postal customers to save on postage, but you must pay for your items weekly. It is highly recommended you pay for insurance for packages over $100 and it is very important that you ask us to include it in your invoice if you require it. Once the package has been passed on to Australia Post, we have no control or recourse over loss or damages incurred by those delivering your items. 

✔ Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and strictly within 48 hours of the live show, all sales are final. Please don't ignore our messages, if you are having issues we are very approachable 💛🙏

❗Any invoice not honored will be returned to stock within 48 hours and invoices removed from our site with no notice given and may affect your ability to participate and purchase in the future.

✔ Important delivery information 🥰

We only deliver orders once they get to the value of 50 or over.

We will only be doing home deliveries on Sunday afternoons, unless on the odd occasion we do our live on another evening. If you pay your invoice late or won't be home during delivery and don't have a safe space to leave your items, you can either collect from our collection point in Bayonet Head at a time which is suitable for both of us, or we can deliver to you the following Sunday.

We do postal runs on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

We do collections in Bayonet Head for people who wish to collect at a time which suits both of us. Please be aware I am super busy during the week and have a lot of online appointments with suppliers and can't come out at the drop of a hat. Please give plenty of notice and arrange a time early to meet. Baskets under 50 can also be collected from our meeting point. Unfortunately we are still not in a position to offer collection from home due to our current living arrangements.

From now on if you have a basket under the value of 50, it will be rolled over until the following week's live. We can only hold things for strictly 2 weeks and then they will be returned to stock on the Sunday. If your items are returned, we can no longer hold future orders. We hope this is fair for everyone, us included, as there have been a number of times now people have claimed things and left their baskets sitting never to return 💛🙏 .. we reserve the right to cancel any order.
